Victoria (or Tori for short), is a dedicated veterinary receptionist here at West Creek Animal Clinic with over five years of experience in supporting animal healthcare practices. Known for her warm demeanor and exceptional organizational skills, she plays a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between pet owners and the veterinary team.

Throughout her career, Tori has developed expertise in managing busy front desks, scheduling appointments, handling patient records, and providing compassionate service to clients during both routine visits and emergencies. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where both pets and their owners feel supported and valued. Tori’s deep love for animals and commitment to customer care make her an indispensable part of our veterinary practice.

In addition to her administrative talents, Tori is pursuing education goals with future career aspirations in the veterinary field. Outside of work, she also enjoys going to the gym, reading, painting, and spending time with her boyfriend, Andrew, and 2 cats named Smudge and Inosuke.
