Jodie is our lead veterinary receptionist and assistant hospital manager at West Creek Animal Clinic. With a warm smile and a welcoming demeanor, Jodie is one of the first point of contacts for clients and their beloved pets.

Bringing years of experience in customer service and a deep love for animals, Jodie efficiently manages the front desk operations, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling, efficient client check-ins, and accurate record-keeping.

Jodie’s exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail help streamline clinic processes, while her empathy and understanding provide comfort to worried pet owners. Whether answering phones, coordinating appointments, or offering support to the veterinary team, Jodie’s dedication to exceptional service is unwavering.

Outside of work, Jodie enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, friends, family, and her two goats.  She also enjoys reading books.
