Dr. Carrie O’Dair
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Dr O’Dair was born and raised in Worthington, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and her DVM from THE Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. After graduation, she did a 1 year intensive internship in small animal medicine and surgery at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital in Los Angeles, CA, where she was awarded Intern of the Year upon completion. From there she worked in a small animal practice in Palos Verdes, CA for 5 years before heading back east to settle in Richmond, VA.
Dr O’Dair has been practicing veterinary medicine in the Richmond area now for over 24 years, and thrives on the ability to serve and form strong connections with both her patients and her clients.
When not at work, she loves spending time with her husband, 3 children, 1 dog and 2 cats, doing hot yoga, gardening, and traveling–especially to the national parks!
